New property, at the time of my stay (2026). Fresh rooms, clean, with nice amenities. Friendly staff.
We were stranded in Matthew’s, MO after our rental stalled at Loves. We made a reservation online and waited almost an hour for an Uber. The staff was very accommodating to our situation and allowed us a late check-out. The manager (Matt) had one of his staff members to provide transportation the next morning to a car rental place, so we didn’t have to wait on an Uber. I was very impressed when one of the staff members called us after we checked out to let us know we left our television. What started as a terrible experience ended positively because of the professionalism and kindness this hotel provided!! We are forever grateful!!
Our stay at Hampton during a road trip was excellent and left nothing to be desired. The room was clean, the bedding was comfy, and breakfast was yummy. We had a dog with us and the staff were considerate enough to give us a room closest to the side exit door, so bathroom breaks for the dog were as convenient as possible. 10/10 would stay here again.
Matt and Tori greeted me as I walked in the door, obviously exhausted. They were so warm, friendly, and got me checked in quickly! I really appreciate that! The lobby and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The room is also updated and clean. Side note: It was Tori’s first night and she seemed like a natural! Matt was very helpful and patient and he helped her learn the ins and outs. I know that’s not what this review is supposed to be about but it’s just really nice to see people treating each other kindly. Those two are going places!
Excellent staff and location. Room 413 was a bit sad, though. Wallpaper was coming off tge wall, handles were broken, and the air unit on the roof was really loud - but the beds were very comfortable and the staff was so very kind.
Booked through super.com room was nice. One of the pillows had a dirty seam. It looked like makeup or something. Hadnt been changed apparently. No hot water in the AM. Staff was friendly the location was great.
The hotel staff is really great and uh, the Hilton brand is it's really good to work with. But staying on the 4th floor is really love. Because of the very loud air conditioning unit that is on top of the building. How to use my white noise machine.
